Team Lead Operations (multiple cities)

As the Team Lead for Operations for our cities, you’ll play a critical leadership role in ensuring that all our guests have the best holidays ever!

Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience and conduct regular client feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Oversee the design and execution of personalized services to meet client expectations

 

Process Management:

  • Design and implement efficient and scalable processes for day-to-day operations.
  • Streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize operational procedures to ensure they align with industry best practices.
  • Implement technology solutions to improve operational effectiveness

Operations Performance Monitoring:

  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of operations
  • Analyze performance data regularly and take corrective actions as needed
  • Provide regular reports and updates to your reporting manager on operational performance and improvements

 

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and lead high performance city teams
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging teamwork and innovation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews
  • Working closely with other functions not limited to sales, training and product

 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated in-depth experience of minimum 7 years in Inbound Tourism Operations
  • Proven experience in successfully leading and managing teams in the tourism sector and demonstrated ability for problem solving in a fast paced work environment
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency
  • Efficient data reporting and analysis and familiarity with MIS for strategic planning
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with several vendor partners and an excellent track record of client relationship management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate strong and complex ideas with clear instructions
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Demonstrated past experience with tools and softwares for project management and date reporting such as Asana, Trello, Excel and Tableau
