Responsibilities:

  • Research and gather new ideas for reels and posts that resonate with our target audience in Mumbai, Delhi, and Jaipur.
  • Write compelling scripts for reels, ensuring they are concise, engaging, and align with our brand identity.
  • Craft catchy and relevant captions for social media posts, taking into account the unique characteristics of each platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the social media team to develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar, ensuring content is scheduled and published on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media, and leverage this knowledge to create topical and relevant content.
  • Monitor social media channels for trending topics and conversations, and proactively identify opportunities for real-time engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt to different tones and styles.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A keen interest in travel and culture topics related to Mumbai, Delhi, and Jaipur.
