Relationships and Operations Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and charismatic Relationships and Operations Executive to join our team at No Footprints, a creative tourism company that curates unique experiences and tours in Mumbai. As a Relationships and Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in managing our vendor relationships, coordinating day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, guides, and suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Manage vendor performance and provide feedback for improvement

Operations Coordination:

  • Oversee the logistics of tours and experiences, ensuring seamless execution

  • Coordinate with guides, drivers, and other stakeholders for smooth operations

  • Troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise

Client Servicing:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after tours

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any concerns in a timely manner

  • Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to our experiences

Administration: 

  • Manage bookings, schedules, and inventory for tours and experiences

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on operations and vendor performance

  • Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Atleast a years of experience in operations, client servicing, or vendor management (freshers may apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Mumbai’s tourism industry and local networks
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
