Responsibilities

  1. Client Servicing:–
    – Ensure timely communication through emails to guests and B2B clients.
    – Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Tour Scheduling:-
    – Keep tour schedules up-to-date, coordinating with relevant teams for any changes or adjustments.
  3. Guide and Transport Booking:-   
    – Responsible for booking guides and transportation, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  4. End-to-End Responsibility:-
    – Take ownership of the entire client experience on the ground, addressing issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  5. Itinerary Creation:-
    – Develop detailed itineraries for Mumbai city, considering the preferences and interests of clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience:- At least one year in the tourism industry, preferably in an inbound role.
  • Local Knowledge:- In-depth knowledge of Mumbai.
  • Skills:- Basic proficiency in Excel.
  • Language:- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
